Before You Run A Cleaning Task
Use a signed-in X account in Chrome on desktop, open x.com or twitter.com, review the confirmation modal, and remember that deleting posts or replies cannot be undone by XCleaner.
Troubleshooting
- If the popup says it is not connected, open or refresh x.com and try again.
- If X rate limits requests, wait before restarting the task.
- If a task pauses when the tab is hidden, return to the X tab to resume.
- If X changes its interface, update to the latest extension version when available.
